1. DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE? WHAT IS THE SHIPPING FEE?

Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there is some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

US Shipping fee:

– For orders under 100$: Shipping Fee = 7.95$ (Standard Shipping)

– For orders from $100 and up: Free shipping by Standard Shipping

CA Shipping fee:

– For orders under 100$: Shipping Fee = 11.95$ (Standard Shipping)

– For orders from $100 and up: Free shipping by Standard Shipping

Rest Of World Shipping fee:

– For orders under 100$: Shipping Fee = 9.95$ (Standard Shipping)

– For orders from $100 and up: Free shipping by Standard Shipping

2. WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS?

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.

3. HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping time varies by location. And please note that:

·        Estimated delivery doesn’t include our 3 – 5 days processing time and not-working day

·        When it’s the high peak of demand for logistics, it will be slower which we cannot control.

Our estimated delivery time is as below:

·        Standard Shipping: 7 - 20 days

·        We want you to know that we’re trying every possible way to minimize your wait or trouble of not getting your order in time. We have been working overtime and through the weekend just to ensure that your order will get to you as soon as possible.

4. DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order is shipped that contains your tracking information. If you don’t receive the tracking information within 5 days, please contact us.

5. MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to be updated into the online system. If there is still no information on your tracking code within 5 - 7 days since you receive it, please contact us.

6. WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

REFUND & RETURN

   We only accept returns, refunds and exchange for some reasons: Not exactly what you ordered, wrong printed objects, wrong color and size caused by our mistakes.

   Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you receive your items, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

   Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We only process the refunds when we receive the returned items.

   If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (Depends on your customer's card issuer)
